But it is a bit too easy IMO, had 2 walkthroughs below lvl 10 to get an hang about new mechanics, but on the 3rd walk through it went straight to lvl 87. Mana per kill + heal is really OP and makes it easy. Also the skill to convert any equipments to artifacts is also overpowered, because you can get all of your current gear out and just go in with it. I think this game has a lot more potential when you nerf those things I stated above. But lets see how infinite will be like, havent been there yet. Keep going and make more such awesome games I really wish the same game but with turn based fights like the ancient cave from SNES game "Lufia".
This really is a good dungeon crawler. A help guide would be nice, still havent figured out crafting. I would definitely recommend Enchanted Cave 2 to anyone who likes RPGs.
Best dungeon crawling game I have ever played! Its very immersive and retro like and I admire that a lot! I strongly suggest this game to people who like dungeon crawling, monster grinding, loot collecting RPGs like this one!
I was waiting for this... But why is save game overwritten? Especially if Im doing a lets play of this? I understand its so people dont cheat and stuff, but Ive been extremely unlucky lately in the game. If you dont revert, at least add an anti-death potion or spell, thank you.
Please add more potion buff stats, would greatly appreciate it.
BUT please fix the bug which causes infinity items in museum !
Some bad moments
This games is a waste because of quality in game in my opinion its very boring because it has no objective or story you just walk in a cave and go down floors. And when you come out everythings gone.
I really thought this would be a clone of Castle of the Winds based on the screens. To anyone wondering likewise - it isnt. Thats not the reason for the grade, however (even though it was pretty disappointing).
The game lacks polish. The music is annoying and the sprites look cheesy. Especially when compared with other rouge lites offered on the App Store for the same price.
What bothers me the most is that the enemies dont move after your turn. It becomes a game of pacing yourself and you cannot go back up levels to escape without losing items. I cant understand the logic behind this game mechanic other than to stack length to an already unappealing game.
These must be shill reviews or people justifying the waste of 3 dollars.
I have played many of this genre but this one really stands out. Finding the escape wings gives you chance to escape the dungeon at any time with all your loot. I love that alternative to just dying and losing everything. I love the potion crafting element. I enjoy the interactions with the NPCS. My suggestions: PLEASE add a female playable character and maybe let the loot change their appearance.
With one hundred randomized floors, multiple quests, a complete storyline, and a New Game + mode that also buffs the difficulty to match your endgame level, TEC2 has a lot of playability for its pricetag.
Ive been looking for a game as fun and addicting as Lufia II with the Ancient Cave. This game is exactly what I was looking for. Nice touch with the simple attack system instead of going turn-based.
My favorite rogue like on Apple iOS. Perfect pacing for mobile and enough depth to provide long term interest.
